To be eligible for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a return is simple. Just email us at support@quintellascents.com, and upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send back your package. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
